• 不得干扰、破坏、逆向工程或绕过服务的安全与访问控制；
• 不得恶意消耗资源、批量滥用接口或影响其他用户正常使用；
• 不得冒用 ToCodex 名义误导第三方或从事不正当竞争行为。

6. 知识产权

ToCodex 服务本身及相关页面、软件、设计、商标、标识、文档和技术内容的知识产权归 ToCodex 或相关权利人所有。您对自身输入内容及依法享有权利的输出内容保留相应权利，但前提是您的使用行为合法合规且不侵犯第三方权益。
